みずほ信託銀行株式会社が当社の既発行株式14%を取得し、当社の主要株主となると共に、当社、みずほ信託銀行株式会社とみずほ不動産投資顧問株式会社との間で業務提携契約を締結いたしました。両社との提携を基に、より一層、国内外を問わず不動産投資ニーズに応えた投資機会・サービス提供に努めてまいります。
Mizuho Trust & Banking Co., Ltd.has acquired a 14% equity stake in TRI. And TRI, Mizuho Trust & Banking Co., Ltd. and Mizuho Real Estate Management Co., Ltd. have concluded a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to form a business alliance aimed at offering investment opportunities in Japanese real estate to investors outside Japan. TRI continue to enhance its capacity to provide investment opportunities and services that meet real estate investment needs both in Japan and around the world.

シンガポールにおいて、ESR グループが運営する「20 Tuas South Avenue 14」プロジェクトに、日系投資家4社からなる投資コンソーシアムを設立し、投資実行を行いました。
TRI successfully formed a consortium of four Japanese investors and invested to '20 Tuas South Avenue 14' project in Singapore asset-managed by ESR.
